My current profession as a Assistant Professor at Wollega University has brought to my exposure the latest evolutions for the construction management profession in terms of technology and research. By using the latest update of the Primavera Software my skills have been enhanced through different projects undergone with students at various level of studies, undergraduate as well as post graduate. New experience has been gathered by teaching a new set of students in Ethiopia which is different from the experience obtained in Sultanate of Oman and India
