• Neighbor definition for new sites and activation
• Doing parameter audit by using U2020 and if any discrepancy found, real time correction.
• KPI Analysis & Calculation of traffic using Radio KPI BBH/24Hrs Report.
• Taking KPI acceptance from customer and processed for OA.
• Preparing KPI trend for PS Traffic (NBH, BBH & 24 Hrs.), analyzing the Poor performing Cells.
• Soft and Hard Optimization in the network to increase users and improve KPI’s CQI, User Throughput, Traffic, DCR, BCR, IFHO using U2020.
