• Conducted research on reimbursement of foreclosure/pre-closure charges, and interest paid on Loan EMI. u/s 12, 35 of CPA, Tax Benefits to enterprise: not registered under GST and established in SEZ
• Research pursuant to withdrawal of voluntary liquidation application under section 59 of IBC code, liabilities of director in a NBFC.
• Drafted Notice/summons to defendant through paper publication: John Doe order under CPC.
• Assisted with drafting of business transfer agreement
2. DMD Advocates : (September 2022) - 4 Weeks- (Financial Regulatory & General Corporate)
• Filing of MGT-7 and PAS-3 Forms for filing of annual returns and allotment of shares through private placement
• Litigation research pertaining to renunciation of shares issued under Rights Issue.

• Research pertaining to Duties of a Stock broker and Research analyst regulation (SEBI), Restrictions on advertisement by the stock brokers, Restriction on Referral Activities and advisory services to its clients or its overseas affiliated entities by Merchant Banker and Stock broker under SEBI regulations
