  • Attend and update task statuses in daily Academic Systems standup call meeting.
  • Attend and update task statuses in daily EA Scrum sprint call meeting.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs for Capella University helpdesk support tickets.
  • Troubleshoot and fix issues/bugs for Strayer University helpdesk support tickets.
  • Do migrations of technical deliverables from non-production environments to production environments via Phire application tool.
  • Organize and perform review meeting with Business Analyst (BA) and Quality Assurance (QA) team to review, evaluate, resolve and close helpdesk tickets via Microsoft teams.
  • Estimate efforts and track progress for new requirements and enhancement requests.
  • Develop Test Strategy and Test Cases.
