In my role as a Landscape horticulturist, I have been responsible for overseeing maintenance and execution projects.

Maintenance-

-Monitoring complete plant care operations on a regular basis including man power management. Timely replacement activity and inventory management. 
-Visiting the clients place for overseeing the maintenance work and establishing the environmental conditions on sites required to growth of plants, design planting and care schedules accordingly. 
-Green walls maintenance (methods will depend on a range of factors, including the size of the building and the green wall, and safety surveillance for harnesses and work platforms for crew members)
- Maintaining reports as per the visits on the status of the plants and maintaining the pest disease management spraying schedule as well.

Execution-

- Execution of different themed gardens like tropical garden, Mediterranean garden, zen garden, vertical walls, formal gardens,outdoor, indoor gardening, terrace,balcony gardens, villa and commercial space projects
-Includes site visits, client meetings and detailed analysis to plan appropriate planting schemes. 
-Preparing the presentations to showcase the biophilic ideas to the clients by understanding their requirements. 
-Quotation, budgeting
-Preparing BOQ and involving in getting approval from the clients
-I actively ensure smooth collaboration among team members and other team members like sales design, civil teamduring the implementation phase at the site. 
-Plants procurement and collaborating with different vendors in getting the materials to the site 
-Labour management, vendor management
- Maintain and carry out an efficient documentation and filing system (bills, invoices and any other necessary documents) 
-Ensure customer and vendor database is maintained in detail

Throughout my tenure, I have successfully managed multiple projects, leveraging my expertise in horticulture, leadership skills to deliver outstanding results

I have done my under graduation in College of horticulture, hiriyur and Masters in college of horticulture, Mudigere. Both are comes under university of agriculture and horticulture science, shivamoga

During my masters I have worked on genetic variability studies of lisianthus on yield and yield attributing parameters.
