I taught English as a Second Language to High School and Undergraduate students in Odisha, Andhra Pradesh, Uttarakhand and Uttar Pradesh for forty years(1985-2025). Now I am in Dhenkanal, Odisha at my native place. I am 62 years in age.
Experience
Out of the forty years I spent teaching English at various levels, 10 years were devoted to Vigan Vidyalayam Junior College, Thimmapuram, Visakhapatnam as its Principal. The last 9 years were spent in VidyaGyan, Sitapur, a unique charity school run by Shiv Nadar Foundation. So, I have a healthy combination of experiences - the academic rigours of a South Indian Residential School as well as the activities oriented flair of an Elitist North Indian Boarding School.
Education
I am a Post Graduate in English Literature from Utkal University, Bhubaneshwar and have cleared the U.G.C. NET for Lectureship.
