 Executing policies & procedures in the operating systems to achieve greater guest delight.  Interacting with clients, handle guests’ requests & resolving complaints

 Planning for the day-to-day operations and supervision of the whole department. 

 Handling all aspects of management including monitoring quality of the rooms 

 Coordinating the work of the housekeeping staff and managing. 

Experimenting and introducing new ideas  Maintaining quality for enhancing satisfaction amongst customers.

Regular training for the staffs as per standard operating procedure 

 Follow up on out of order rooms daily with engineering for the completion of maintenance work.

To supervise the employees with in the Department ensuring that the correct standard and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department

I HAVE CPMPLETED 10+2 FROM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING FROM SILIGURI, HAVING 1 YRS DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER APPLICATION COURSE
