Experimenting and introducing new ideas  Maintaining quality for enhancing satisfaction amongst customers.

Regular training for the staffs as per standard operating procedure 

 Follow up on out of order rooms daily with engineering for the completion of maintenance work.

To supervise the employees with in the Department ensuring that the correct standard and methods of service are maintained as stated in the Department

I HAVE CPMPLETED 10+2 FROM NATIONAL INSTITUTE OF OPEN SCHOOLING FROM SILIGURI, HAVING 1 YRS DIPLOMA IN COMPUTER APPLICATION COURSE
