As a Assistant Director at All India Management Association, Centre for Management Association, I accomplish all exam practices as performed by exam staff. i.e. preparing examination scheduling, appointment of paper-setters, moderators monitoring and rescheduling examinations Conduct of examinations, collection, and distribution of examination papers, internal verification of examination standards, result review from time to time, monitoring of evaluation and declaration of results, conducting convocation, managing ERP systems, coordination between management and Academic Council, staff and students.
