Taxation

• Single-handedly prepared and filed 100+ Income Tax Returns for a diverse client base. 
• Demonstrated expertise in foreign remittance compliance through proficient filing of 200+ Form 15CA & 15CB within a one-year time frame.
• Prepared Tax Audit Report of 10+ clients consisting of Individual, Firms and Companies in Form 3CA-3CD & Form 3CB-3CD.             
• Advised clients regarding compliances of TDS Provisionslike sections 194C, 192 etc. as well as other provisions of Income Tax and solvedproblems regarding the same.
• Prepared and filed 100+ GST Returns.

Statutory Audit

• Performed Statutory audit including site visit, including analysis of financial statementof various private limited companies.  
• Conducted the Statutory audit of 4 branches of Nationalized Bank having advances of 100+ crores and handled crucial area of NPA Provisioning, ledger scrutiny, LFAR and vouching as well as verification.
• Scrutinised ledgers, reconciled debtorand creditor balances,vouched income & expenditures.

Legal Compliance

• Single-handedly prepared and filed annual returns (AOC-4 & MGT-7) for approx. 100 companies.
• Completed the documentation for MCA, including forms like MGT-14, PAS-3, SH-7, DIR-12 and DPT-3.
• Prepared minutes for board meetings and various other secretarial reports.
• Prepared all the necessary documents required for the corporate broker registration process with the IRDAI.

Miscellaneous

• Handled FEMA compliance matters related to Foreign Direct Investment (FC-GPR).
• Done registration work for Partnership, shop registration, MSME, Startup India.
• Prepared projected financial statement for loans.
