• Creating assembly sequence and process planning for Heavy Earth Moving machine power train transmission parts by using Teamcenter Vis mockup, Creo Parametric and AutoCAD.
• Worked as Engineer in NPI (New product Inventions) in establishing and setting up Manufacturing lines and process validation area. 
• Analyzing ECM, Process changes for EBOM groups from HVC and update, modifying the operation in the MBOM and MES Reman Application.
• Creating visual aids for the operations, to give clear picture for assemblers while working on the model.
• Quality checking of MBOM and Visual Aid as per process standards.
• Maintained Several Virtual Builds for Total Bill of material, and conducted Torque Audits for products.
• Documenting the total Assembly line process, Validating Tooling (torque tools, fixtures, tackles, templates), Cycle time Determination, Line balancing.
• Established machining processes and utilized the latest tooling technologies to reduce lead-time and increase throughput efficiency.
• Methods improvement, PFMEA, Control Plans, work instructions, layout development and implementation.
 

• Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Ellenki College of Engineering & Technology, Hyderabad with an aggregate of 62.69% 
• Intermediate (MPC) from Sri Chaitanya Junior College, Hyderabad with an aggregate of 61.5% 
• SSC from Sri Sai Ram High School, Hyderabad with an aggregate of 71%
