In his career, he has led initiatives to enable sustainable change by spearheading organization across multicultural global geographies (Japan, US, Europe) and industries like IT, Pharma , Telecom, Material Handling , Warehousing involving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
In this role he is leading strategic change initiatives involving cross functional teams in a multi-cultural & matrix environment. He has lead initiatives focused on driving business transformation, culture change, leadership enablement, organization design, talent management & employee engagement. Some of the key initiatives include was the overall organizational transformation and implemented changes with the ever changing business scenario. In his career, he has led initiatives to enable sustainable change by spearheading organization wide projects across multicultural global geographies (Japan, US, Europe) involving all aspects of the employee life cycle.
Navneet in the current role is heading HR for the entire commercial business of Toyota Material Handling India , which is the largest material handling company in the world. Based out of Gurgaon (HO), he provides PAN India support but also involved in designing and implementation of global projects in alignment with representatives from various countries.
In this role he manages strategic change initiatives involving cross functional teams in a multi-cultural & matrix environment. He has lead initiatives focused on driving business transformation, culture change, leadership enablement, organization design, talent management & employee engagement. Some of the key initiatives include was the overall organizational transformation and implemented changes with the ever changing business scenario.
Other areas where Navneet has worked and has reasonable experience are Compensation & Benefits benchmarking, HR policies , Effective Reward system , HR Analytics, Compliance management, OD interventions, Employee engagement, HRMS implementation (Microsoft dynamics 365 F & O, Adrenalin,SAP), SGA management, Dashboards/ metrics , ESOPs implementation, Global mobility.
