Lead and manage the QA/QC team and expertise to the overall Quality Management System, policies, and standards to support proper and smooth execution of all Quality related activities to meeting the specified standards and requirements.

To prepare the design mix as per is codes.
•
To implement (C A P A) preventive measures and corrective action for non- conforming products.

Advancing quality achievement and performance improvement throughout the organization.
•
Responsible for production of raw material testing and other related testing and ensure testing complies with internationally accepted guidelines.

To prepare ITP & MTP for each activity of work.

Reviews, comments, and approvals of the contractors’ Quality Control Plans. Manages project audit program.
•
Prepares and implements the project inspection strategy to cover all project phases.
•
Able to demonstrate implementation, documentation & monitoring experience in the
development & application of ISO 9001:2015.
•
Managing the development and implementation of the QMS for planning, fabrication & formwork inspection, documentation, and operations activities including Planning duties within the QA/QC staff and related work schedules.
•
Establishing service standards for end users (i.e., internal department or external customer)
•
Identifying and developing QA/QC personnel certification requirements and continuing education/training needs.
•
Providing leadership, mentorship, and direction of all QA/QC personnel.
•
Take full responsibility for hold-point releases once all QMS functions have been completed and the equipment is ready to go into the next work stage.
•
Developing and implementing risk-based inspection (RBI) activities and processes, using Risk mitigation & Risk - opportunity plan and other similar programs to develop internal standard practices.
•
Oversee supervision of all site’s structural inspections and NDT tests, including 3rd party subcontractors.
•
Identify and develop solutions to correct inspection function deficiencies.
•
Manage construction processes, plant equipment, inspection, and NDT personnel certification and QMS internal & external audits.
•
Conducting the overall External & internal audits for our sites.
•
Preparation of PQP, MQR, & Quality related checklists as per ISO 9001:2015.
•
Review QA/QC monitoring process/system to ensure that the QA/QC activities are following contract requirements.
•
Material sampling & testing as per CWP (Construction Work Procedures) & QAP (Quality Assurance Plan).
•
Check and review the source approvals.
•
Review that the materials have been procured, stored, and used in accordance with the quality standard requirements set forth in the contract agreement.
•
Implement, review, and monitor quality objectives related to area of work.
•
Compile all inspection and test records for inspection & tests carried out and maintain all records for a retention period contractually agreed.
•
Liaise with the client /consultant for the conduct of day-to-day quality related activities of the project.
•
Ensure that all test reports are verified to meet the contract requirements.
•
Assist with the preparation and monitor implementation of method Statements.
