Manage 250000 sq ft MDC with 400+ manpower.

Ensure 250000 sq. ft. MDC operates at peak efficiency, with customer satisfaction being the primary goal, by supervising, organizing, directing, and training 400+ warehouse employees and establishing, monitoring, and managing operation goals. 

- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short- and longterm performance goals. 

- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including inventory control, space management, logistics, and floor Productivity and customer service. 

- Meet regularly with warehouse leads to review, analyze, and develop Actionable plans for productivity and loss prevention. 

- Strong Relationship management skills. - Staffing, warehouse operations, maintenance of the facility and equipment, implementation of safety, security, housekeeping and sanitation programs. 

- To play an effective role within the Senior Management team in the running of the site and have direct accountability for all operations within the Stock Management department, ensuring budgetary targets & contractually agreed to KPI's are achieved at all times. 

- Ensure efficient and cost-effective operation and optimize space utilization. - Schedule and manage all distribution services including receiving, storage, shipping, handling returned/damaged goods, and maintenance activities to ensure customer requirements are met in an efficient manner. 

- Plan manpower requirements based on the forecast, especially during events sale & festival sessions. - Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of reports regarding warehouse operations and P&L. - To set up the standard training program for all levels of employees involved in the operations and to train them. 

- Ensure to meet TAT/ SLA of daily operations in all the FC functional department & SOP to be followed strictly.
