Project Title : TouchWorks 

Responsibility : First level analysis, requirement discussion, develop reports as per client request, data analysis, customer support (reporting only). Description : It is a healthcare product for Ambulatory Care, developed by Allscripts. It is a web based application designed to store health information of patients as per US Healthcare Model. It provides Patient Management including Patient's Past Medical History/Family History, Current Medications/Immunization Management, Lab Orders/Results Management etc. Currently, I am in this project and my role is to create reports in appropriate reporting tool.
