All Operations things I am handling with help of 2 Assistant Manager, 6 Supervisor and 21 Staff.

Store square ft. Around 10000, with three floors

1. Vendors dealing

2. Bill checking with the PO

3. Inbound

4. Quality

5. Order processing

6. Pickup on time( Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, limeroad, meesho, snapdeal, nyka fashion and .com, simsim)

7. Claim

8. Return articles quality and send back to the floor

9. Team handling

10. Give Training to the staff & development.

11. Week to week give feedback and get maximum output from the staff.

12. Inventory Management and planning to have 30 days stock in warehouse.

13. Return claim process and keep following for clearance.
