Neeraj Umathe

                i am a  3 year full time science graduate from Nagpur University  ( Microbiology & Biochemistry)  along full time  Diploma in pharmacy  with an experience of 22 years in pharma industry ,covered  specialties such as Physicians/surgeons/Pediatricians/Dermatologists/GP's  etc with  almost 17+ years managerial experience, having worked with well known  organizations like Cipla  /Alembic /Hetero healthcare /Brinton Pharmaceuticals etc my present designation is' zonal Manager in dermatology .
                                               In Cipla ltd i also got an opportunity to work as Regional HR  head for entire Vidarbh  /Chhattisgarh area  with a team of almost 70 executives  and about 25  managers  for almost 2.5 years  wherein  i was taking care  for  executive / Manager recruitments / training /elevations/ identifying new talents etc .

    Throughout the career span having a pharmacy education apart from Doctors  and Distributors visits   i was a frequent visitor  to all retail pharmacies /Hospital pharmacies for ensuring Brand availability/Visibility and sale of my company   &  hence fully aware of the pharmacist job  ,can work as a pharmacist/ inventory procurement/stock maintenance and procurement and other relevant positions .
          
 

In Pharmaceutical industry i have worked for 22+ years in various organizations and covered different specialties of doctors  for brand promotion /establishing it  and achieving assigned targets through a team of executives ,Area managers and Regional managers

 My major customers were Physicians/Chemists and Distributors.

In this Journey learnt arts of Man managements/ Empathy  / leadership qualities /the power of communication ,Planning sales activity and its execution through assigning and proper delegation ,the power of team work etc

I have completed 3 year Science Graduation in 1997  from Nagpur university with Microbiology /Biochemistry and Chemistry as my main subjects.

In 1999 i have completed my  Diploma in pharmacy from Bombay technical board
