Myself Neha Arora had an experience of  successful position as 13 years  in the field of merchandising/ textile/ production while constantly challenging myself and learning new skills and technologies to deliver effectively and efficiently.

I as a “Sr. Merchandiser” have to maintain a good relationship between buyer and factory. 

•  To follow from order execution to dispatch of the goods. To move with the team which will ensure the growth of a factory . As my merchandising career with according my job experience  I would like to share the major qualities and responsibilities of a senior merchandiser that has to maintained by me  in the apparel industry.

• Leadership :As being the head of the department should ensure  all  the processing to goes smoothly from yarn purchasing to shipment and documentation.
• Problem Solver :Our industry faces lot of practical difficulties while processing in every yarn,  washing, printing, fusing, sewing, finishing. As being at the position of Senior Merchant i  have the well experience to take better decision that will not affect the quality and shipment date.
