I have also designed and delivered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity visual designs for various features of products, including dashboards, modules, mobile apps, and web apps.

As a UX magician, I transformed the ERP user experience at Edumerge Solutions Pvt. Ltd. through user-centered designs. I conducted extensive research, developed personas, and delivered wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs. Collaborating closely with developers, I ensured design integrity and feasibility. I also achieved a remarkable 67% increase in website leads through a successful revamp.

At Polynomial Pte. Ltd., I led the building of a chatbot product, completed end-to-end product design for a social media platform, and revamped UI for websites. I spearheaded product design for Quilt.ai's consumer analytics platform and developed conversational UX for in-house chatbots. Additionally, I conducted user research and created service blueprints.

At Oscar Murphy Life Strategists Pvt. Ltd., I served as a project manager and co-authored a book. I led consumer research, developed campaigns, and designed leadership programs. I also conducted research on psychometric assessments and their impact on consumer behavior.
