Dr. Neha Shrivastava

I am an enthusiastic and fast-learning person with a broad and acute interest in research. My career objective is to establish a long-term career in an organization where I may utilize my Research skills and knowledge for the effective growth of the company and learn new skills.

Currently, I am working as an Assistant Professor with the Institute of Business Management and Research, IPS Academy, Indore - India. 

I am well-versed in teaching methods and academic research. I am engaged in classroom management activities to sustain an effective learning environment through prepared classroom lectures, relevant assignments, and consistently achieving educational goals. 
In addition, I have five years of Industrial experience as an Export Manager. I am specialized in Market research for new business development, Correspondence with new clients, and handling queries. 

1.   I started my career in 2006 with M/S. As an export executive, Ascent Fine Chem Pvt. Ltd. – A Star Trading House, India. I have learned the export-import documentation process, Production, and logistic planning there. 

2.   In 2007, I joined Erawat Pharma Ltd., India, as Export Manager. I managed the International Business department in this company by leading a team of 6 members. The main objective was to develop International Marketing (B2B Marketing), Export & Import Operations Management, and Shipping & Logistics Management and Planning. I worked in this company for around one and a half years. 

3.    I worked with Anzalp Herbal Products Private Limited, India. My role in that company was Manager – Exports & Imports. My key responsibilities were to import packaging materials (plastic tubes) along with International Marketing and New Business Development of finished goods.  

Ph.D. in Management (2017-2021 Batch) from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya (DAVV), India. 

MBA in International Business (2004-2006) with 86% and 

Graduated in Commerce with a specialization in Foreign Trade (2001 – 2004) from DAVV University, India.
