CSO (Customer Support Officer) – Understand customers issue with their iOS, Mac and other Apple
devices. Provide instant solution if applicable.
• IOS Technician – Troubleshoot iOS devices (iPhones, iPads, and iPods) in terms of software and hardware.
• MAC Technician – Troubleshoot Mac devices (iMac, MacBook) in terms of software and hardware.
• International voice support to Client .Laptop troubleshooting parts replacing software installation
• Replace parts wherever applicable.
• Provide Remote support to the customers.
• Interact with Apple in VoIP and chat forms. Handle customer escalations and solve them agreeing to a common point.
• Attending Inbound and Outbound calls.
• Inward the stocks that comes from Apple and send the parts on time to Apple.
• Monitor the Bin report on a daily basis.
• Keep the Regional Manager updated regarding the daily transaction and Customer walk ins.
• Raise tickets to Admin team on monthly requirements.
