As a real estate professional based in India, I have spent 5 years at Deloitte, specializing in real estate appraisals and financial modeling assignments in the US real estate market. During this tenure, I have diligently performed and reviewed appraisals for both residential and commercial properties, utilizing various valuation methodologies to determine market value. For the past 2 years, I have been associated with the US-based hedge fund, D. E. Shaw, where I serve as a Lead Analyst in the Commercial Real Estate team. My responsibilities include providing timely market research and analysis of real estate investment opportunities in the US real estate market, as well as mentoring the junior team members, and overseeing their work.

I completed MBA in Finance from one of the top institutes in India. I have also passed CFA Level 2 examination and Argus Enterprise Certification.
