• Perform User management operations like updating user accounts, group updating (Security and Distribution list), password reset, etc. with Sailpoint Identity IQ.
• Managing user access with logon timings, and restrictions to computers in AD.
• Provide applications access to users with over 140+ homegrown applications, some via Sailpoint, and in-depth knowledge of the application to create, modify, and access revocation.
• Training new resources and providing them hands-on. 
• Managing the Access review report (ACR) by collecting data from 100+ applications which is then reviewed for revocation as per user requirement.
• Collecting a few application user reports from SQL Database through scripts.
• Providing access to critical and core banking applications under the given SLA.
• Handling tickets in ServiceNow as per user requirements within the given SLA.

B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering with 6.5 CGPA.
