• Sep 2022- till today - Soujanya color Pvt Ltd. = Conduct laboratory experiments and operate basic physical property test equipment including viscometer, weight per litre, microbial testing, spectrometer. , collect , record , analyse experimental data , communicate the status of projects and make recommendations., conduct problem solving and improvement efforts such material swaps , cost savings projects . 
• Jul 2021- oct 2021 - Advance paint Pvt. Ltd . = Involved in research activities for developing and testing new products and also improving the existing products as per the feedback of customers and senior officials, To manufacturing paint as per customer need price , shade requirments for customer end line trials and follow up resolve operational problems. , developed alkyd based top coat for single packed components system fastdrying , slow drying and baking system . Also working on acrylics, epoxy alkyd top coat and primer for different formulation
