2. Review digitized contracts over Electronic signature platforms (such as Salesforce, Conga) Responsible for end-to-end contracts management, structuring/ standardization of contract templates as per the changing business needs
3. Drafting, Negotiate and Redlining of contractual documents.
4. Review a wide variety of agreements (domestic and international with a focus on US, EMEA, EU, Mainland China). Manage agreements end-to end
5. Working with outside counsel, review and improve the legal documents (NDA, Work Orders, Amendments)
6. Perform legal research, compliance, due diligence work and handled various other projects simultaneously
