                   Current Job Profile 

1. Working as independent Shift in charge and handle general shift of Fire & Safety   department.Responsible for  entire Fire & Safety operation of the fire crew.
2. Report Nearmiss & CAPA for completion.
3. Taking part in mock drills, Emergency Drill Exhibitions, Training Programme & attending outside mock drill etc. Also, conduct Fire/Leakage drill in premises.
4. Imparting training to fire team & other employees. Give toolbox  talk training at shop floor.
5. Celebrate Fire , National Safety week ,Bayer Safety week and also kept a programme of staff employee & worker, operator level.
6. Preparing, implementing & maintaining programmers for the firefighting equipments.
7. Investigation of incident shortages and damages & root cause analysis of incident & reporting to concern.CAPA for implementation.
8. Safety inspection & audit of Forklifts, Spark arrestor, Contractor workshop.
9. Implement & training given for permit to work system.Also issue Hotwork,CSE permit in plant and hazardous area.Permit monitoring of all plants.
10. Mutual aid for neighbouring company. A member of district crisis disaster group.
11. LEL, SO2, HCN, CO, VOC, H2S, Noise monitoring.
12.       Fire vehicles  & all Fire & Safety equipments maintenance work,Inspection & checking of        Monthly,Quarterly,Half yearly & Annually.
13. Implement & apply Behaviour based safety.Prepare report of  baseline vs actual of supervisor,Manger & core team.
14. Knowledge of ISO 14001 & OHSAS 18001 audit.
15. Arrange & Attand plant Safety committee meeting on quarterly basis.
16. On site emergency action plan prepared, reviewed and implemented.
17. Arrange Contractor workshop meeting & EHS conordinator and monitor meeting.
18. Conduct Contractor workshop audit.
19. P&ID check and deviations are implemented.
20. Fire extinguishers HPT & PESO certificate,maintenance related activity of all equipments & documentation.
21. Implement ONE PSS including 5S,Visual Management,Focus Improvement,Teamwork.Member of Implemented Task Force.Give training to shop floor employees. Conduct meeting with ITF members with trainers for AIM 2025 as world class organization. 
22. Conduct Plant EHS round related audit.
