I have always been passionate, whether it’s about my work, poetry, or creative expression. I believe beauty is both science and art, and I try to bring that balance into everything I do. My leadership style is simple.. lead with empathy, communicate clearly, and create an environment where people feel comfortable and understood.

I value honest conversations, continuous learning, and building meaningful connections. At the end of the day, I’m someone who loves what she does and puts her heart into it.
