Product: Self-Service and Continuous Delivery tool for DevOps of Deployment:
✓ Epics Developed: Automatic Blue Green Deployment of Code Changes to all type of environments including Development - System Test - Integration Test & Production;
Configuration Management & Deployment; MicroService Deployment; Integrations between DevOps pipelines and enterprise applications; Live log viewing & status of ongoing
deployments; Dashboard for different targets, deployment methods, deployment packages, artefacts in each DP, usage of each DM, deployment per customer.
✓ Gathered requirements, why users need homegrown DevOps platform that can automate provisioning and CD across multi-client multi-layer multi-platform environments,
in-spite of availability of FOSS tools like Jenkins & Ansible.
✓ Achieved internal tooling consolidation, reducing TCO by retiring outdated CD tools using Manual Deployment (HotFixTool) or Full Swap Deployment (InfraMateTool).
✓ Achieved internal productization of environment provisioning systems in a SaaS & Cloud based product, retiring outdated legacy tools & practices (EaaS/Genesys).
✓ These drastically improved the overall TTM by delivering environments in blinks of eyes. It also hugely improved in security by fixing bulk of 3rd party vulnerabilities.
Product: Self-Service tool to Shift Left Siebel CRM Admin tasks:
✓ Epics Developed: 1-click collection of Siebel logs by increasing Log Level of specific Component & Event to 5 for a limited time without involving Siebel Admin; Deployment
to changes in Siebel IP v15; restart of Siebel Components & RCR; Crashed log conversion & gathering; Purged order restoration; Siebel Single View of Production.
✓ BOAT based pipelines enabled drastically faster TTM. The telecom customer was able to migrate of 400 million subscribers distributed in 28 telecom circles across India to
an advanced IT setup. The new setup in turn helped customer to increase its number of subscribers by 22% (403m 2019 ➔ 423m 2020 ➔ 471m 2021 ➔ 491m 2022).
Product: Self-Service tools to Shift Left DBA tasks (e.g. Amdocs Database Deployment Manager, CellTools, Clarify Schema Manager, i-DBA):
✓ Epics Developed: Forecasting problem & impact of a SQL on Production performance before its deployment; Deploying DDL & DML changes with needed changes by
adding hints & creating backup; Checking top SQLs on-demand without full AWR; On-demand SQL Tuning by setting ideal SQL Plans or Baseline; Tablespace handling.
✓ Achieved 80%+ auto-resolution of production incidents & requests via AI/ML-powered flows.
