Niranjan Kumar Singh

Currently, I am serving as the senior chemistry teacher at D.A.V. Public School, Rajrappa, where I have successfully implemented various initiatives to improve academic performance and boost student engagement. Under my guidance and mentorship, the school has achieved a 35% increase in standardized test scores and a 20% decrease in disciplinary incidents. I have also introduced several innovative programs, such as a mentorship program for struggling students and a STEAM curriculum, which have received positive feedback from students, parents, and staff.

In addition to my experience as a senior chemistry teacher, I have previously held the position of teacher at L S D.A.V School, Jamadoba, where I gained invaluable insights into the administrative aspects of running a school. During my tenure, I played a key role in developing and implementing school policies, coordinating professional development opportunities for teachers, and managing the overall operations of the school.
