• Responsible for measuring, documenting, verifying, revising, formatting, submitting electronically all PPAP related documents including IMDS portal submittals.
• Issue Corrective action, 8D, CM Verification for Internal and Supplier Issue.
• Respond to , research , determine root cause , develop and implement corrective actions for customer complaints
• Provide technical & documented support like PPAP, FMEA, APQP, Feasibility, ECN, Control plan to customer.
• Develop & update process control plans & complete PPAP documentation
• Lead the ISO 9001: 2015 Audit and maintain their all Documentation
• Maintain ISO 3834-2:2005 Welding Certification  documentation
• Handle Customer CDX Portal and Closing NC on Supplier Portal
• To prevent the defects in the process and aiming for ZERO defects by using POKA YOKE techniques.
• Responsible for ISIR/PPAP Project management evaluation/compilation in line with target dates,
