My responsibilities include Assessing risk factors in various Agreements, drafting a wide range of legal documents, communicating and negotiating with vendors and subcontractors, aligning contractual positions with regional laws and standard practices, Managing the entire contract life cycle, providing support to in-house Legal Directors across India, APAC, EMEA, and the US regions, assisting in the development of Playbooks, processes, policies, employee handbooks, and commercial expectations, Reviewing, revising, and approving incident reports, ensuring compliance with Personal Data, Confidentiality, and GDPR clauses in all relevant areas, collaborating & coordinating on global legal projects. Also, recognized as the Best Debutant, actively served as a member of the Diversity and Inclusion Council, Engaged as a member of the POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment) ICC.
