  • Corroborate those documents to check legality of the relation between the dependents and employees so that they can be enrolled within the same policy. 
  • Attending 50 60 calls on a daily basis assuring that the documents provided by the employee reinstates the relation between them and the dependent. 

Life Benefits Specialist 

  • Submitting death files to the life insurance carriers. 
  • Working with the carriers to provide insurance claims to the employee. 
  • The role entails providing assistance to the employeesto get their dependents' insurance claims quicker and with a hassle free experience.
  • Attending 2 3 calls on a daily basis providing assistance to the employees with empathy by procuring death certificate of their dependents and forwarding the same to the carrier. 

401K Account Handling (USA) 

  • Involves handling the 401K account for Alight Employees.
  • 401K enrolment and disenrollment.
  • Processing hardship withdrawal requests.
  • Sharing 401K calculations with the employees 

Additional roles and responsibilities

  • Creating Minutes of Meeting.
  • Sending weekly knowledge bytes related to the domain.
  • Assistance over portal requests.
  • Conducting trainings for new batches regarding the domain.
