Titan PharmaPlus, a sister concern of Titan Lab Pvt Ltd, specializes in APIs production, while Titan Labs focuses on formulations, located in Mahad, Maharashtra.
1 Initial phase involves obtaining RM and PM prices for APIs from domestic and
International markets to calculate the final product cost.
2 Identify the starting raw material from ROS, select 2-3 vendors, and obtain commercial prices, including MOQ and batch samples for cost estimation.
3 Discuss with R&D using n-1 and n-2 intermediates to reduce final API cost.
4 Procured RM such as KSM, intermediates, solvents, specialty chemicals, and PM including HDPE barrels, fiber drums, LDPE bags, drum seals, etc.
5 Regulatory Affairs team's SOPs and QC team's approvals qualify RM-PM vendors. Proper documentation is crucial for audits.
6 Manage consumables like LR, AR grade chemicals, impurities, working standards, lab notebooks, glassware, and apparatus for R&D, ADL, and QC. I also procured Capex items for engineering & maintenance and chemicals for ETP.
7 All tasks require logging into NAV ERP system, including checking pending items, creating purchase orders, obtaining approvals, and verifying GRN processes.
8 maintained comparison sheets for vendor quotations to facilitate price negotiations and understand item-wise budgets. Shared with the manager for approval.
9 Followed up with vendors for documents and material delivery, tracked material with transporters, coordinated with warehouse for stock, liaised with QC, QA, and RA for documentation, and supported QC, R&D, and ADL teams.
