• To develop the National Maritime Infrastructure Project (Sofon Project) on the Eastern and Western coasts of the Saudi Arabia, which consists of a naval shipyard in Ras Al-Khair, a commercial and naval shipyard in Yanbu, and a leisure shipyard in King Abdullah Economic City (KAEC). This project is expected to have a substantial impact on direct and indirect.
• Project for maritime engineering, equipment, material manufacturing and fabrication of ship and shipyard.
• Analyzing and interpreting technical drawings and engineering specifications. Review and respond to technical and site queries.
• Creating and maintaining product documentation, including product reports and design specifications.
• Collaborating with other members of the engineering team to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Review Project Proposals and Detailed Designs packages for new facilities provided by subcontractors.
• Provide critical electric equipment design review, assessments, RFI’s response, scope of work, vender selection.
• Review design packages for electrical systems and equipment (i.e. Power & Distribution Transformers, motors, generators, High voltage/low voltage switchgear/Motor Control Center (MCC), distribution network, control equipment, power outlets etc.) including drawings, datasheets, detail scope of work, calculations, Bill of Material / Quantity and preliminary cost estimates, Hazardous Area Classification and System Study.
• Manage the electrical activities of engineering, procurement, and construction (EPC) contractors during the Front-End Engineering Development (FEED) and design phase.
• Coordinate with Project managers to finalize the Electrical Engineering scope for the entire project / package.
• Monitor and review in coordination with Saudi Aramco PMT the performance and work quality of the contractor.
• Ensure that the design work by contractor is in accordance with Aramco design standards (SAES, SAMSS), applicable codes/regulations, and acceptable work practice.
• Assist the Project Managers and Project Engineers in evaluating Material Requisitions (MR), Technical Bid Evaluation (TBE) and Award Recommendation (AR) provided by Contractor and able to perform Procurement

• Single-point responsibility for managing identified project interfaces and ensure that all applicable information is captured to enable the engineers to propose a complete a project design, with manageable brownfield integration risk.

• Field risk review and assessment of the North and South Rumaila - NGL Gas plant and other compressor station modification and reconstruction project under Rumaila area plants.
• Communication for the value of risk management and proving the information to the organization on the process.
• Site visit and data & detail information collation in accordance to Scope of work and detailed site visit report preparation including obtained data, photos and physical condition of Electrical Equipment’s in Plants, Switchgear and control room by including observation, conclusion and recommendation to client.
• Technical details and project information make available to team for preparation of key SLDs, metering protection diagrams, load list, cable sizing calculations, earthing sizing calculations, lighting calculations. System study, relay setting details. Preparation of data sheets, vendor data review, cable trench layout, equipment layout, lighting layout, earthing layout, cable schedule, interconnection wiring diagram.
• BGC under renovation of the existing entire plants, for that Filed review for each and every equipment, cables with all electrical individual items current condition and status cross verification and generating the report to submission to client and in case of any replacement or modification the detailed technical data and information provision to client and vendor for further process.

• Permit to Work (PTW – Level 2) users Certification for BGC / Shell, Safety Foundation Rumaila Operating Organization Academy, Hazard Identification Rumaila Operating Organization Academy.
• Participating in internal/external HSE and Quality audits and acts on any relevant findings.
• Following Company Health, Safety, and Environmental policies and procedures for any work execution.

Dodsal Engineering and Contracting PTE LTD – Abu Dhabi, UAE - PROJECT, CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING SUPPORT

Project : NEB – Rumaitha Shanayal – Phase – III for ADNOC (Abu Dhabi National Oil Company)

• Developing project baselines; monitoring and controlling projects with respect to cost, resource deployment, time over-runs and quality compliance to ensure satisfactory execution of projects.
• Handled project for 75 KM Distribution line - 33KV Over Head Distribution Line (Tower Line) independently. Activity for Pilling, Pile Cap, Foundation, Tower material inspection, approval, assembly and erection of tower as per client method statements with all safety measures.
• Review Engineering Drawings prepared by Design and Engineering Team and ensuring the design is done as per specifications with best engineering practices and optimization while adhering to quality and safety norms.
• Supervision and execution of all electrical installation activities like AG/UG cabling, HV/LV Switch Gears, lighting and power DBs, Power and Distribution transformers, MV/LV Bus ducts, VSD Panels, Control and monitoring panels (FMS, RTCP, Buss Differential and IRP), AC/DC UPS and Battery Banks.
• Preparing BOQ, Cable schedule, manpower schedule for the project.
• Conducting Daily, weekly Progress Report and Monthly Progress report & review meetings with Project team & motivate the Team member & expedite the Progress. 
• Preparing Method Statement & Commissioning Procedure for ADNOC approval.
• Material requisition preparation as per the technical specification and ADNOC standard.
• Timely highlighting the risks in area affecting delivery & implement corrective and preventive action.
• Takes a lead role in Implementing Performance Management Processes by setting objectives and targets for the individuals and Performing Periodical reviews. Provide coaching to individual’s in achieving the set targets whenever necessary.

• Responsible for vendor development and assessment and to deal with all vendors & sub-contractors to create annual contract with parties/ suppliers /contractors abased on proper negotiation as per best of company.
• Collected quotations by mails from vendors/Subcontractors & prepared compare statements in ERP and Proper Negotiation.
• To monitor open POs, WOs, floating RFQs, preparing Cost Comparatives, generating & issuing SAP/ERP Purchase/Work Orders/Transportation Orders.
• Co-ordination with other departments for material requirement planning, material procurement & purchase planning ensuring continuous supply at optimum costs.
• Clarifications with user related to techno commercial issues.
• Verification of budget and tender time specifications; taking up any variation with user.
