Nishtha Roy

I am a 21-year-old Journalism and Mass Communications graduate from SGT University, Gurgaon. In addition to that, I have interests in Social Media Marketing, Freelance Blogging, Content Writing, etc. I am very involved socially and am passionate about social issues like Gender Equality, Equal Representation, and Mental Health Awareness. I've done internships in Graphic Designing, Creative Writing, Fiction and Non-Fiction Writing, and Digital Media Marketing, and would love to be involved with companies/organizations with similar interests. I also have an interest in art and design. 

I have worked as a content writer and editor since I was in 11th standard. I worked for my school magazine and now am working for my college magazine as an Editor as well. I have also worked for a few companies and have written several blog posts and website content for many of their clients.

I worked as a Social Media Manager for a digital marketing company and the reel videos I made garnered over 3000-4000 views, some even reached 10k. I also used to handle all their social media pages resulting in increased traffic in the first month itself.

I came across your profile and it really intrigued me, as I do have a lot of interest in the position you're hiring for. I believe through my writing and communication skills I can be a great fit for your company.

I just finished my bachelor's degree in Journalism and Mass Communication from SGT Univeristy.

During my 3-year course, I have learned so much, but my interest and attention were caught by writing. I have been writing as a student since 11th grade. When I started learning about scriptwriting, content writing, etc, I realized this is where I can truly spread my wings and dive in. I learned a lot related to cinema, production, and writing. I also wrote a few scripts for short films to shoot alongside my classmates.
