• Responsible for strategizing sourcing (7 steps of strategic sourcing) of goods and services, handling day to day opex procurement, (Average 250+ PRs converted into POs with approx. value of 2.5 Cr on MOM).
• Negotiate new contracts or re-negotiate existing contracts with suppliers to meet company savings/standard costing objectives.
• Responsible for constructing supplier agreements, handling end to end one-time services, contract, subscription, licenses renewal AMC/CMC/ARC for value of 30+ Cr. annually, along with reviewing, auditing of rate masters to ensure payments are happening as per contract and avoid control lapse.
• Responsible for submission of proposal as per project specification with accurate price forecasting, purchase prices and conditions to enable proper budgeting and cash forecasting.
• Assessing supplier performance by vendor score card in terms of price, availability, delivery adherence, accurate documentation and service and taking required action, if needed.
• Develops and fosters successful, long-term business relationships and ongoing process improvements with key suppliers.
• Coordination with cross-functional teams for smooth end-to-end procurement process.
• Regular review and follow-up to ensure that Open GRNs, Overdue Advances, GRIR & SE Invoice booking to ensure timely release of payments to the suppliers.
• Coordination with logistics and ensuring timely delivery of import, along with maintaining Exim Data.
