I am a passionate and purpose-driven youth mentor, life skills trainer, and content strategist committed to empowering young minds through education, skill development, and career guidance. With a background in Visual Communication and a strong foundation in soft skills training, I bring a unique blend of creativity, empathy, and strategic thinking to every role I take on.
Over the past few years, I have worked with reputed organizations like Project Puthri, Innovation Nest, and Saint-Gobain, where I have conducted workshops, mentorship sessions, and capacity-building programs. My approach centers on creating safe, inclusive, and motivating environments that encourage students to grow personally and professionally.
In addition to my work in education and counseling, I have built a strong portfolio in content creation — from technical writing and resume development to digital marketing and storytelling. I hold certifications in Digital Marketing, Technical Writing, and Life Skills Training, and I am currently pursuing a Master’s in Social Work to deepen my impact in the development sector.

Experience
Experienced Youth Development Specialist with a strong background in life skills training, mentorship, and career counseling. Over the years, I have collaborated with NGOs, educational institutions, and corporate partners to design and deliver impactful training programs focused on personal growth, employability, and professional readiness.
My work spans government school initiatives like Project Puthri, freelance training for engineering and nursing colleges, and coordination roles in youth-focused projects at organizations like Sadre Solutions and Innovation Nest. I also bring experience in program implementation, one-on-one mentoring, and workshop facilitation, aiming to equip underserved youth with the tools they need to thrive.
