• Witnessing Hydrotest, Pneumatic test, PMI test, Helium leak test, Ultrasonic test, Magnetic particle test, Liquid penetrant test, Holiday test, Salt Contamination test, Painting etc.
• Witnessing DFT of Paint/Coating by means of Non-destructive instrument.
• Witnessing Destructive tests like Mechanical Test, chemical Test, Adhesion test, Peel off test etc.
• Witnessing Rubber lining. (Spark test, Hardness test, Thickness check, Adhesion test).
• Review of Radiography films.
• Witnessing NDT Test like MT, PT, UT.
• Review of Inspection test plan, Raw material test certificate, WPS/PQR,

             NDT procedures.

• Reviewing & approving various QA/QC reports, technical documents, Raising and closure of NCRs to ensure that Documentation & Inspection requirements were fulfilled which were included in the Specification and Work procedures etc.
• Review of documents as per Purchase Order, Quality Assurance plan,

            Code, Technical specification.

• Review inspection documents as per QAP/ITP & issue Inspection Report /Release Note. 
• Vendor Assessment 
• Witnessed calibration of UTM & Impact testing Machine.
