I Nitinsing Patil a graduate Mining Engineer having 17 years of experience in quarrying, crushing & Blasting operations. 

• Presently working as a Manager – Mining at “Swan LNG Pvt. Ltd., - Jafrabad Breakwater Project – Gujarat, from April 2022 to till date.

Looking after Quarry operations and supply of Rock. (Quarry Run – Size 0.1 to 500 kg, Armour rock – 0.3 to 1 ton,  1.5 to 3.50 ton, 2 to 5 ton, ) for construction of Brake water project. Total material requirement is around 3.00 Million metric ton.

Procurement of rock material – around 60% of total requirement is procure from source, costing around  90.00 Lac Rs.

• Worked As a Manager – Drilling & Blastin at “New Mumbai International Airport Project, with Gaurav Enterprises- From Dec’2020 to March’2022.

• Worked as a Manager- Aggregate & Supply Chain based at Head Office - Hindustan Construction company Limited, Mumbai, from August 2019 to October 2020.
• Looking for aggregate requirement, identification of Quarry location and quality assessment, establishment of Quarry and crusher plant.
• Looking for Sub-Contracting for quarry and crusher operations & material transport.
• Cost analysis of building material for pre tendering of new projects. As well identification and explore the sources of material, working agencies (Contractors).
• Overall responsible for quarrying and crushing & procurement of aggregate material (if required), costing of operations / procurement, cost analysis, market survey and comparison.

• Worked as a Production Manager at Al – Shuwaikh Crusher (A Subsidiary of Kuwait Cement Company) - Fujairah –United Arab Emirates from August 2016 to August 2018.
• Working as a Production Manager looking after drilling and blasting operation as well production planning for 6 Million tonnes per annum capacity. Blast design, explosive calculation and costing of drilling and blasting operation.
• Solely responsible for quarry development, bench development and quarrying operation progress.
• Responsible for Aggregate crusher production and crusher maintenance Planning.
• Scheduling of manpower and Machinery and machinery maintenance.
• Responsible for maintaining quality control of Aggregate and providing Technical assistance to Sales department for customer queries. 
• Preparing budgets and performance of operation and analysis of cost for cost effective operation.
• Assist to General Manager in all issues related to crusher and quarry operation, Manpower planning, procurement and costing.

• Handle the entire technical as well as legal aspects including production planning, mines planning accordance to IBM & DGMS norms, cost calculations of mining operation as well as machinery.
• Looking after Mines Development, dewatering, Drilling and Blasting operation
• Maintaining & analyzing all the production & machinery performance data.
• Assisting to Head mines for annual budget preparation and its implementation.
• Internal auditor for “Integrated Management System- (IMS)”
• Ensure the continuous supply of raw material to the plant.
• Sampling and design a raw mix.

• Since March 2008 to June 2009 I worked as Asst. Manager- Mines with captive limestone mine of Bagalkot Cement & Industries Ltd- Bagalkot.
