• Plans and directs the day-to-day operations of the store & SAP.
• Maintain the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements.
• Manage all stock labels and make key decisions about stock control.
• Stores Inward activities R/M counting, Making GRN on SAP, stock-updates. Management Information Systems (MIS) like inward /outward/scrap 
• Issue to Production AND related records
• Job Work activities to send/pick up material to vendor and related arrangements / follow-ups
• Dispatch Activities To make invoice packing list in SAP etc.
• Stock Statement To prepare monthly stock statement and submit to HO for bank
• Internal co-ordination (Factory and HO) like Document hand over to HO, Payment follow-ups, GRN and Invoice related co-ordination etc. taking care of export responsibilities.

Warehousing/Inventory Management
1. Control and supervise stock movements (receipts, storage, and dispatches)
2. Stock accounting and reconciliation as per SOP.
3. Supervising Batch-wise Stock integrity
4. Initiate and complete qualification of new warehousing partners as per business needs.
• Dispatch Planning
5. To supervise all India inventory and to ensure that required inventory is at the required location.
6. Ensure timely pickup of inbound loads from manufacturing sites to Warehouse
7. End to End Tracking of allocation and dispatches to ensure timely delivery to CFA’s and Stuckists
8. Preparing dispatch plan and to ensure that inventory at each location is as per the agreed norms.
9. Timely circulation of dispatch plan to field staff and other teams.
10. Monthly sales reporting (weekly for selected entities).
