I’m Having more than 31 years of experience (26 years in Abroad & 5 years in India).This experience is covering works in various large construction, maintenance projects in Oil & Gas, PV Solar Power Plants, LNG, Marine, Power supply skids, Flow line, Brownfield, Wastewaters Treatment Plant, Water Desalination Plant, Refinery, Power Sectors, Petrochemicals, Solar Power System, Cement Plants, Fertilizer , Electrical substations, Sea water conversion Plants and pipelines etc.

• Project Quality and HSE Assurance of major packages from design, procurement, installation, testing & commissioning up to operational handover.
• Develop and review Safe Operating and Maintenance Procedures (SOPs) and (SMPs) for Plant Operations,
• FEED and Detail Engineering review of E&I Packages Engineering co-ordination with client/consultant and sub-contractors for assurance of key packages,
• Coordinate with Client, Contractors, Suppliers and Licensors to prepare the necessary documentation and procedures for a smooth and safe start-up.
• HSE Safety studies: HAZIDs, HAZOPs, PHSERs/QRA
• Vendor Evaluation/Appraises of Contractors/Vendors
• Commissioning & Start-Up (CSU)/ Ready for Start-Up reviews
• Technical negotiation with Vendors and Sub-contractors
• Asset Integrity Management: QHSE Integrity Audits for Projects and Operating Assets.
• FAT, SAT and system integration/commissioning through DCS / ICSS /SCADA system.
• Quality and HSE Awareness, Quality Improvement Workshops for Projects and key discipline Operations to support QHSEMS across the company verticals ,
• Completion Assurance: Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning and completion assurance process review(Gated Process)
• Customer Feedback Review, lessons learned process implementation in projects.
• Quality Management System for EPCC LSTK Projects and Operating Plants.
