Myself having Post Graduate Degree in Sub-Labour and Social Welfare working experience in health development program within Bihar, Jharkhand and WB within local, national and International development agencies regards different health development projects worked like STD/HIV/AIDS, Reproductive & Child Health, Rural Sanitation, Family Planning program (SRHR), Nutrition for child health (zinc & ORS, Deworming) and SBCC Project. 

Currently I am working with Plan International as a Project Coordinator (Umang Project) at Samastipur district on SRHR indicators, just before worked as a District Project Coordinator (Team Lead) in SRHR Project for Dalit young population at Sheikhpura district of Bihar supported by UNFPA. Project Management, Team leadership, Administration of project, partnership with local partners and team, Capacity Building, Program Implementation, Finance Management, Liazoning, close coordination with govt departments, Monitoring & Evaluation are being handled under this project. Supportive supervision with 2 Block Coordinators, 8 Community Mobilizers (regular), 50 village level volunteer as Yuva Mitra and 54 Vikas Mitra (FLW under District Welfare Department) under this project. Technically supporting to Family Planning program and liazoning with govt departments (Health, ICDS, Welfare and Jeevika) to make Convergence, system strengthening and supply chain management of contraceptives from district to FLWs. Currently conducting the responsibilities as team lead for SRHR Project at Shiekhpura district.

  During my worked with Nutrition International assigned especially for nutrition component where learned and shared my experiences, ability to the project sites for betterment of child health in the context of nutritional aspects, two years performed on nutrition components, technically support govt health system through district and PHC level strengthening FLWs & micro-nutrients  indicators and HMIS reporting both. During that period successfully able to complete my assignments with having a good rapport with govt officers.

Then I had got opportunity to work with Evidence Action where I had also served for 5 years especially for nutritional part of child health i.e. deworming, in this context I had been able to make dewormed so many children and make their behavior healthy especially for govt schools and AWCs children and non-school going children through close coordination with health, ICDS, Education department, Jeevika and other stakeholders.

Out of these I have supportive experience on Prevalence survey activities (to see the worm load) within Bihar, Jharkhand, WB, UP, Telangana, Chhattisgarh and Tamilnadu states. Having Ph. D. degree I am getting more advantages having my research background in assessment work within India.

Within entire experience I am expertise of facilitating effective and friendly sessions on program contents within district, regional and state level Training/Workshop and capacity building program also, Liazoning with different govt officers (Health, Education and ICDS) and stakeholders within the work jurisdiction and support for community mobilization with effective IEC planning and strategies. Currently I am coordinating the govt Health, Education and ICDS departments and their team members from district to blocks to implement successful of Deworming Program where I have coordinated almost 200 district and block level govt personnel along with my 9 District Coordinators.

Still my achievements in my working carrier and experience scaled-up two natural birth spacing methods in the basket of Family Planning methods of govt health system with proper reporting system in HMIS also. Excellent Capacity building and Advocacy and Liazoning skills are my core part of professional skill. 

Based on my worked experiences directly within the project as I am looking this opportunity to perform myself in a better way and proved also.
