Ensure that all actions and discussions pertaining to issues are documented in CRM. Participate in a CS on-call rotation for 24 x 7x365 SLA support. Traveling to client sites to assist with issue resolution. 
  •  Maintain & create material to foster improved product technical knowledge across all CCTS team members. Help determine product knowledge gaps for future mitigation. Document Tips, Tricks, and all diagnostic tooling & procedures
  •  Understand the system service delivery methodology and act as the first line of trusted technical customer contact. Maintain significant coordination with customers and OEM partner companies.
