I have rich experience of sales / Marketing and Training and have last worked as Managing Director at Tanzania. Can guide and motivate teams by my own experience and also by conducting training sessions, I can guide the young individuals towards desired goal achievements and by motivating them to achieve their desired goals, this could be in any segment related to sales and marketing and can also help companies to work as consultant to guide them for right recruitment. My expertise can help the startups from recruitments to induction and later putting the sales teams at the ground. 

I have three decades of experience in sales and marketing, along with strong operational management, have worked for big corporates like Sun Pharma and Biocon. Also served company called Kas Medics at Tanzania where I worked as Managing Director. I have worked with Indian pharma giants like Sun Pharma, Biocon Limited and Alembic limited in different geographies of India in different capacities.

While in Biocon, drove efficiency across departments by integrating various common processes (BUs & support functions) and set-up systems to cover various nuances of different therapies for the branded formulation business of the company. This role also entails working very closely with the medical, legal, and marketing communications team to ensure compliance in customer engagement documentation and brand promotion activities, along with sales and promotional activities.

With Sun Pharma created new sales records of selling cardiac medicines, diabetes medicines and before that Gastro medicine handled big sales team and drove them towards exceeding set sales targets 

In Tanzania Africa, reestablished the office, Set new system and processes, office operations.  Multiplied the sales to new levels by strategizing Pharma branded generics, devices and equipment. Established and launched new pharma brands by organizing high level CMEs and Abbott cardiology intervention products of all the three divisions. Established manufacturing unit (Kas Biotech) of Rapid test kit devices from scratch to production stage, this achievement brought multidimensional experience in Tanzania, as it involved high precision in all aspects to get the factory and products approved from TMDA. Experience of working in Africa, Tanzania as managing Director, (Kas Medics) has brought a huge exposure of Managing multifunctional activities, of handling big Government deals of medical equipment and devices, this is a magnanimous role involving imports, marketing and Sales of medical devices, equipment and pharma drugs. Dealing with Regulatory authorities, along with managing top Government policy makers in health sector, and Heads of Zonal and Regional Hospitals made these projects as mega operation in setting up more than 120 government health facilities in the country. Identification of right products required for the country and sourcing it from the right manufacturer in best prices is the key to success. Introduction of Cardiology intervention products such as pacemakers and new generation stents/ balloons, pacing devices and TAVI implants along with trauma and arthroplasty expanded the horizon of business in the existing portfolio. Managing big sales with limited staff gives cutting edge organizational skills that includes project management skills for long duration tasks.
