During my two years of online teaching experience, I have excelled in engaging with a group of approximately 10 students, primarily by conducting one-on-one classes to provide a highly personalized learning experience.

In this role, I have been able to tailor my teaching methods to meet the unique needs and learning styles of individual students. This one-on-one approach has allowed for a deeper understanding of each student's strengths, weaknesses, and areas of interest within the field of sociology.

Moreover, my ability to establish a strong rapport with each student has fostered a positive and open learning environment. This approach has encouraged active participation, questions, and discussions, resulting in a more enriching educational experience.

I have a year of school teaching experience as a sociology teacher, encompassing both online and offline instruction. This experience has equipped me with versatile pedagogical skills and adaptability, catering to the evolving educational landscape. In my role, I facilitated engaging and insightful lessons, fostering students' academic growth and a deep understanding of sociological concepts. I've successfully navigated the challenges of online and offline teaching, honing my ability to connect with students through various modes of instruction. My professional journey reflects a commitment to inspiring and empowering young minds through sociological education. 

I hold a strong academic background, including:

- ICSE and ISC background of Schooling
- A Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) Honours degree in Sociology from Calcutta University, which honed my understanding of sociological concepts.
- A Master of Arts (M.A.) degree in Sociology from IGNOU, deepening my expertise in the field.
- B'Ed training from Burdwan University, equipping me with the necessary pedagogical skills for effective teaching.

These qualifications collectively form a robust foundation for my role as a sociology teacher, enabling me to offer a comprehensive and insightful education to students.
