My expertise lies in dealer ship inventory management, network expansion ,dealer staff traning , Customer handling, drive the dealer target to get incentive, ensure sub dealer targets achievement, market analysis and report to management price and markt activity  ,ensuring the seamless operation of spare parts departments. My main key responsibilities 

1.Drive dealerships standards 

2.Dealership Manpower handling (training/daily activities follow ups)

3.) Ensure dealerships profitable along with service 

4.Sub dealerships operations and ensure 100% genuine parts usage

5.Along with service and sales activities join and make activities to promote the genuine parts and accessories business 

6.Monthly review material present to management ( mostly data analysis using Power query/ Power BI / pivot analysis/ PPT chart presentation to management)

7.Customer complaints resolve with timeline 

8. Work with service team to ensure dealer CSI score ( Frome parts side I have co ordinating 3 Majore role to get CSI 100% marks )

9.Network appointment along with sales and service team

10.Dealership stock analysis every month review and sit with dealer and reduce and increase potential sales and rotate dealership fund

11. Dealership DMS usage training and monitor Operations

12. Handling Average my monthly business 2.6crs of all 5 parameters with 27 dealerships and 68 Sub dealerships 

13.Travel in a month average 15 days part of tamilnadu.
