I have 13 years of experience in the engineering domain of oil & gas and energy transition organizations. Currently I work at McDermott International as Senior Engineer where I managed a team of 10 for past 18 months. My expertise in LNG, Energy transition, Offshore and Petrochemical projects and in various geographies like United States, Africa, India, Europe, Middle East and with clients such as Total Energies, ADNOC, Indian Oil Corporation has acquainted me with various project execution methodologies.

In addition to the above, I am the President of the Sustainability India Employee Resource Group at McDermott for past 1 year. This group initiates and supports projects and programs related to renewable energy, carbon reduction, environmental transition and social causes. 

Besides this, I have recently finished Executive Master in Future Energy at ESCP Business School London which started in February 2022. During this course I studied subjects such as carbon trading and offsetting, energy finance and marketing, renewables, life cycle assessment, hydrogen, wind, governance, energy laws, digital transformation, and sustainability. My goal is to contribute to the development and implementation of innovative and sustainable solutions for the energy industry.

Led a team of 10+ engineers for more than 5 years. Carried engineering cost optimization studies and created smart digital tools to save manhours. Reviewed more than 2000 stress calculations, prepared material requisitions for Engineered supports & structural steel for pipe supports, executed AIV/FIV study and coordinated with various disciplines to close out client and PMC comments.
