• Providing training for the team if faced any issue in the process and maintaining theirs Skill Matrix.
• Root Cause Analysis of the defect reported during the Production and assemblies.
• Providing Planning to the Team as per priority and helping them to streamline the   production.
• Handling and Guiding Manpower to get effective Production.
• Responsible for maintaining 5S and applying Kaizen in the department.

• Responsible for Part Programming and Nesting in NC Express Software (for standalone Machine (X5) and for Shearing Machine with PSR Pick (PSBB)) with highest utilization of sheet so that the scrap generation is minimal.
• Responsible for Bender Programs.
• Responsible for handling complete Operation and Maintenance processes of X5 (Prima Power) and PSBB Line (Punching (SGe6) and Panel Bender Machine (Ebe5)). (Combo Section, Sg Section, PSR Section, Bender Section)
