✓ Preparation of loan agreement and sale agreement.
✓ Verifying sale deed draft before registration.
✓ Co-ordinating with legal team during registration process.
✓ Increase sales through various and innovative promotional activities.
✓ Reporting daily, monthly business update to HO. 
✓ Provide truly professional client service to achieve a high level of satisfaction and 
retention.
