Ltd. and Patanjali Foods Limited, Haridwar, where I worked with advanced analytical techniques such as GC, HPLC, LC-MS, ICP-MS, IRMS, and HPTLC. My work involved chemical testing, analytical reporting, product evaluation, and ensuring food safety and compliance.
Along with laboratory experience, I have contributed to scientific content development, supported academic events, and engaged in teaching and mentoring roles within the field of Science , Food Science & Nutrition.
