I possess in-depth knowledge of storage products/models from major providers, including Dell EMC, HPE, IBM, Lenovo, and QNAP. Additionally, I am well-versed in storage concepts, SAN networking, storage array operations, VMware administration, server administration, business continuity, hyper-converged solutions, backup software, and data center migration.

Complementing my technical skills, I hold a Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership from OTHM UK and an MSc. in Information Security from Asia e University Malaysia.
